How to submit your ad?

-Your name and contact information will be listed in the Vendor Directory Pamphlet. Please submit your ad to info@katebrownphotographyelko.com with the correct specs no later than January 7, 2024. 

Dimensions for full page ad must be 8.75” x 5.75” portrait style. 

Dimensions for half page ad must be 4.25” x 5.75” landscape style. 

How to take advantage of social media with RMB?

-Feel free to post any promotional information, ads, etc to our RMB Facebook Event (https://fb.me/e/2oWULQgBH). We will then share that to the main RMB Facebook and Instagram pages. 

We also have Highlights for participating vendors on our Instagram Page (https://www.instagram.com/rubymountainbride/). Feel free to browse what other vendors have done previously. When you post an Instagram Story with an ad or anything about your business, tag @rubymountainbride on your story and we'll add it to YOUR very own highlight. This allows potential clients to find out more about specific businesses they're looking for through Instagram.

What is the last day we can purchase a space?

-We will accommodate requests as close to the event as possible, however, we cannot guarantee that businesses information will be printed in the Vendor Directory Pamphlet if paid after 1/7/2024.

What is accepted in the swag bags?

-Past vendors have added pens, business cards, cookies, chapstick, notebooks, and coupons.

What is included in the Ruby Mountain Bride Membership?

-Members will be able to collaborate and have full creative control for exclusive stylized shoots throughout the year.
