I am so thankful and blessed to have so many people who have cared, supported, and helped me throughout this year to make our expo and my business such an amazing success! A year ago I reached out to many different businesses and asked if they wanted to collaborate for a stylized wedding shoot so I can better showcase the direction I wanted to take my business in and break into the wedding industry. Amy of Candlelight and Brianne of Evergreen were totally on board! One of the best decisions I've ever made was befriending these two. Who knew that in just one short year, we'd be planning and executing such an incredible Bridal and Prom Expo!

Also, a special “Thank you” to:

Nevada Advertising for brainstorming with me for over an hour to create the perfect logo sign, printing and assembling these incredible banners all in just 2 days!
Sabrina for letting me tear some old barn wood off of her barn.
Smirks for donating bridal shirts to my booth and for my incredible custom shirt I wore with my logo!
Jeanna for taking ALL of the stress away and creating the booth of my dreams! I'm not exaggerating! This booth was phenomenal and put together so well! I can't thank you enough!
My amazing Aunt RobynBailey, and Jauna for making the adorable magnets AND for traveling all the way here from SLC to support me. It means so much to have such a loving family! Thanks Kyle andCody for making the trip as well!
A big thanks to Ty & Cassie for modeling for our first stylized shoot to showcase Ruby Mountain Bride and for looking amazing on the many billboards, posters, and large prints!
My babysitters for always being up for last minute calls when I had to run in for a meeting or something to do with organizing the event.
Kar with K.O. Makeup for always up to working with us and taking care of my social media updates during the show itself!
Daniel for taking pictures of the fashion show and for grabbing me some much needed caffeine!
Cameron & Kayla for allowing me to borrow their wedding arch AND delivering it! There were so many people who commented on how amazing it was.
ShannonDana, and MacKenzie for your ever-loving support and advice throughout my journey!
Angelique & Natalie for making the trip in to support me at the Expo!
My Dad for fighting just be here.
The amazing support of so many friends, family, and clients.
Finally, my incredible husband, Andy and our kids who've been so supportive of everything I've ever done.

Thank you all!

Ruby Mountain Bride's A Formal Affair Bridal & Prom Expo 2017

Our space at Stockmen's, 30' x 15'. Pallets are being assembled on site. Thank you so much, Jeanna for all of your hard work!

Back of the backdrop.

My incredible logo! Ripped the boards off an old barn (thanks to our ranch neighbors) and had it engraved locally by Nevada Advertising in Elko with their CC machine. This company was amazing and got this done for me in 2 days!

Attached two 2'' x 4'' x 96'' boards to the barn wood sign and stabalized it to the backdrop.

The setup! Everything you see in the booth is exactly what you can expect to receive from Kate Brown Photography after your session. Kate Brown Photography is a full service studio which means we provide our clients with archival tangible artwork such as gorgeous wall art and professional albums for you to pass down to future generations. We pride ourselves in bringing professional wedding photography to local brides from your unique engagement session to your wonderful wedding day and even after helping you choose the perfect products to display in your home. We will confidently walk you through your wedding day timeline to ensure every aspect is captured and documented. Large metal prints are 24'' x 36''.

Retractable banners are from Nevada Advertising, located in Elko, NV.

The first table in the booth filled with custom bridal shirts donated by Smirks of Elko, magnets created by Robyn, and forms to fill out to be entered in a few drawings!

The rest of the tables were filled with our wedding magazines, custom Save the Date cards and Invitations created by Kate Brown Photography!

We're looking forward to next year's Bridal & Prom Expo put on by Ruby Mountain Bride!

We do have a short survey, if you could spare 5 minutes out of your day to fill out, we'd greatly appreciate it!

If you were a vendor at the event, we'd love some feedback!

If you attended the event, we'd also love your feedback so we can make next year's Expo even better!
