Lexi was an absolute dream to work with! She had so many incredible ideas and I'm so glad we were able to bring them to life! The Star is an extraordinary restaurant here in Elko and it is a big part of her life. I've been able to shoot on the top of the building before, but the clouds weren't this epic! We also got to do some portraits in the old hotel portion of The Star, which is unique, amazing, and a little creepy all in one! To be in a quiet building that has been around longer than Elko has been a city is so incredible. There's got to be so many stories from each one of those rooms!

Then we went downtown during the Elko Mural Expo! What an terrific experience to witness so many artists from all over creating such unique art to spruce up Elko! If you haven't had a chance to walk the murals downtown, do it!!! You won't be disappointed by the talent!
