Hannah and Nate's non-traditional wedding was a truly heartfelt celebration set against the breathtaking backdrop of Lamoille Lake, where their closest friends and family hiked over four miles to witness their love. The day was filled with touching moments, including Hannah honoring her late father with his hiking pack, ashes in a bracelet, and his hat, which her brother wore proudly as he walked her down the aisle. The ceremony was emotional and beautiful, enhanced by students from Elko High, who learned Taylor Swift songs to serenade the couple (Hannah's a proud Swifty!). After the heartfelt vows, everyone enjoyed sack lunches while soaking in the sun and stunning scenery, culminating in Hannah and Nate daringly jumping into the icy lake in their wedding attire. The celebration continued at the Underground Speakeasy with custom cocktails, delicious food from Las Brisas, and a lively Taylor Swift Power Half Hour on the dance floor, capped off with emotional speeches, including a heartfelt letter read from Hannah’s mom her father had written before they even had children. It was a day full of love, family, and unforgettable moments, and I am so grateful to have been part of capturing their incredible love story.
