Jon and Brooke said "I do" on Saturday, May 20th, 2017 at the base of the Ruby Mountains in the Little Church at the Crossroads.

We arrived at the Lamoille Church that afternoon and began capturing all of the little details these two worked so hard on! One of our favorites being their wedding rings! Their rings were crafted by Erie Basin, a very unique jeweler in Brooklyn. Brooke couldn't praise them enough for their hard work and dedication to their craft. Her engagement setting is from the 50's and their wedding bands were poured and molded the same day from one piece of antique gold. What an art! 

Jon and Brooke chose to do a First Look for their wedding day. If you're not familiar with the new trend, this is the exciting moment where the bride and groom are taken to a secluded place well before the ceremony and they get to have their first look intimately together and have it captured on camera. We traveled up the Lamoille Canyon for the First Look. What an incredible view and moment it was for these two!

The ceremony was absolutely beautiful in the little church. There were laughs, tears, and lots of love from all that were able to attend. Only a handful of guests were local!

The reception took place at the gorgeous Western Folklife Center in downtown Elko! I raved about the beauty of the bar to Jon and Brooke during their engagement session and they told me that's one of the main reasons they chose to have their reception there! Each table placement was unique with adorable little quotes and inside jokes that pertained to each guest. The room was decorated beautifully by Evergreen Flower Shop and Events! Instead of one large cake, each table had their own cake made by Donuts N Mor, each a different flavor! After the cake cutting, guests wandered around the room tasting all of the different flavors!
