Anyone that knows Cj and I, knows that we love to hunt and fish so it was no surprise that he chose our favorite afternoon fishing spot as the perfect place to pop the question. I had been camping out in the field all week for work and had all of zero desire to do anything but take a hot shower when I got home, but Cj convinced me that the fish would be biting! So, there we were, sunset at South Fork, I decided to take a break from fishing so I was sitting in my camp chair, munching on hot cheetos (surprise, surprise) and watching Cj fish when we called me over to show me a fish that he couldn't quite hook. In what I thought was his frustration that the fish wouldn't fully swallow the bait, he dropped his fishing pole, it took me a moment to realize that he hadn't gotten up from grabbing it and when I turned around there he was on one knee asking me to marry him! I definitely think that I caught the best fish at South Fork that night!
